Do as the locals do, posing with a soldier at Suan Amporn

Yours truly with one of the soldiers assigned to the eight tanks situated at Suan Amporn (the wide boulevard located at the Rama V statue). The mood was quite festive with many people taking photos of and with the soldiers as well as giving them flowers and food. The soldier is holding yellow (being the colour of HRH the King) flowers given to him previously by a Thai citizen.
